The Bakery Museum Walter Plaetinck in Veurne is housed in the buildings of the 17th-century South ‘Gasthuishoeve’. The complex includes a mill, a large barn and the former house. The museum holds the largest collection historic bakery objects of Flanders. Besides everything to do with making bread, the museum displays ice cream and chocolate molds, sacramental bread and waffle irons.
