Rutland County Museum features exhibits related to: social history, archaeology, law and order, coins and medals, agriculture, archives, personalities and toys and hobbies. Key themes, people and exhibits in the museum include: one special exhibit is the early 13th century limoges enamel reliquary from rutland's only priory at brooke, found in 1805 and acquired for the museum in 1997 with grant aid from the national art collections fund, the v&a/mgc purchase grant fund, and the museum's friends. and the jewel of our tractor collection is a 1916 saunderson model g, purchased with the assistance of the friends and the science museum.
