York Army Museum was completely refurbished in 2015 thanks to a Heritage Lottery Grant. The museum tells the story of two regiments: the Royal Dragoon Guards and the Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire. One cavalry, one infantry. It is home to important regimental collections spanning over 300 years of history.
