Exhibition '80 years of the ATS - pop up display' in Bletchley Park
September 2018 marks 80 years since the formation of the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS). On display in The Garages, this pop up display reveals the contribution the ATS made at Bletchley Park and beyond during World War Two. By the end of the war around 414 members of the ATS worked at Bletchley Park in signals intelligence and support roles. However, beyond BP, hundreds of ATS personnel intercepted enemy transmissions and sent them to BP for decryption every day.
