The Tierpark Berlin is a zoo in Berlin which covers an area of 160 hectares, making it the largest landscape zoo in Europe. With around 10,000 animals of around 1000 species, it is also one of the most species-rich zoos. It includes the Freianlagen for ungulates; an accommodation for mountain animals; the Alfred-Brehm-Haus with surrounding country houses that accommodates a large number of predators and birds of prey, including three subspecies of the tiger (Sumatran, Siberian, Indochinese), the snow leopard, the striped hyena and the small yellow vulture; and the Dickhäuterhaus with African and Asian elephants and rhinos.

October 28th - December 31st: 9:00 - 16:30
On October 31, the zoo will open only at 12 o'clock.
On December 24, the zoo closes at 2 pm.
