The Royal Porcelain Collection (the Dresden Porcelain Collection (Porzellansammlung) is a museum in Dresden that is housed in the Zwinger Palace. The collection includes around 20,000 porcelain artefacts, important being the traditional Chinese and Japanese porcelain acquired by Augustus the Strong with blue-and-white porcelain from the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The other important segment of the The Royal Porcelain Collection in Dresden is the collection of Saxon porcelain and in particular Meissen porcelain.
