The Zoltán Kodály Museum is a museum in Budapest that is dedicated to one of the most important Hungarian composers of the 20th century. The museum was opened in 1990 and occupies the place where the musician lived and worked from 1924 until his death in 1967. The museum contains three rooms preserved in their original style and a fourth room used for exhibitions. An archive was also created with the composer's precious musical manuscripts and his abundant correspondence. Also on display are the piano, the salon, and many traditional ceramics that the musician collected during his ethnographic studies.
