The Guido Gezelle Museum is dedicated to the work and life of the Flemish poet Guido (1830-1899). The museum is housed in his birthplace in Bruges. Next to his work and life, visitors learn about his teaching, his connection with English, his productivity and his silence and his mystical tendencies. Regularly, there are temporary exhibitions on the theme of literature.
