The Maria Skłodowska-Curie Museum (Muzeum Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie) is a museum in Warsaw that is dedicated to the life and work of Polish and naturalized-French physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity Marie Skłodowska Curie. Marie Skłodowska Curie was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize, the first person and only woman to win twice, and the only person to win a Nobel Prize in two different sciences. The Maria Skłodowska-Curie Museum in Warsaw is the only biographical museum in the world devoted to her. The museum is housed in the 18th-century apartment building in which Maria was born.
