The Gelders Geologisch Museum has a collection of minerals, rocks and fossils. On the ground floor, minerals are displayed sorted by chemical composition by the system of Strunz. On the upper floor fossils are displayed from 500 million years old worm corridors to shells and bones from the more recent past. Top pieces include the dinosaur egg, a crocodile and remains of mammoths. In addition, the museum displays rocks found in the region.
