This park is located not far away from the city centre. We had a wonderful stroll through this beautiful park. It features 4 small gardens, from historical gardens to more modern ones. It is a must see for people interested in trees and special plants. Also very nice to just relax!

Very nice and large museum with lots to see that is interesting for both adults and kids. The museum features not only an extensive collection of Scottish history, but also natural history and transportation objects (industrial history). Definitely recommended!

A nice museum on the development and understanding of psychiatric illnesses and exploring the grey area between madness and sanity. An interesting, thought provoking and special museum. Well worth a visit!

Good museum. Many rooms that make you relive the history and feel how people used to live. Nice miniature city and stories on various topics/themes. Very nice to know about the history of this amazing glamorous city. Highly recommended to visit.

A good find in a small town, definitely not to be missed when you are in the Netherlands! The main planetarium is the major attraction and it is unbelievable that Eisinga constructed it so many years ago. It is situated in the middle of nowhere, but still really worth a visit, especially with children!

The inside of The Hermitage in Amsterdam is full of history and art. We visited the portrait gallery of the Golden Age and toured the temporary exhibition about Catherine the Great. The sculptures and portraits are amazing and the whole visit can take several hours. So pretty good value.

I expected a proper science museum, that also has something to offer for adults. But it really is only for kids. Your kids will love it, but for parents/adults it is not recommended.

The museum features an interesting collection of old farm buildings, houses and shops. A great museum to find out how people lived in the Netherlands in the old days. Recommended!

An ‘OK’ museum with changing exhibitions. The space is however very (maybe too) small and crowded. I am not sure if it’s worth the price.

A must-see if you’re in Amsterdam. Although there can be a big queue, it moves rather quickly. It is a lovely museum with a very large collection of interesting objects and paintings. I guess one of the best collections in the world!

The Kroller-Muller Museum has a very good collection of Van Gogh paintings and sketches. The museum is however stunning both inside and outside. The statue garden is very impressive and you can easily spend a day here.

A disappointing museum that is housed in a lovely building. I had higher expectation when we walked in. I guess for most people it’s not worth the money. We walked through the museum in less than 10 minutes…

The museum was a little bit disappointing for me. The museum does not have a lot of Rembrandt’s works and the building itsel is a bit of a modern redevelopment. It is ‘ok’ to visit, but I’d recommend the Rijksmuseum more than this place, as that museum features Rembrandt’s most important work.

Museum with one of the finest art and design collections in the world. This museum does not just exhibit Dutch or Flemish art, but is internationally focused. It covers everything, from medieval paintings to very abstract, modern art. Recommended!

A very good museum. The exhibition inside is vast and varied. Every wing in the building covers different aspects of maritime history. The replica East India Trading ship, outside, is a must see!
