Exhibition 'Zie mij. The Bible in Photographs.' in Biblical Museum

Location: Groate Kerk in Sint Jacobiparochie (Friesland).

'Zie mij. The Bible in Photographs' brings the ancient story of the Bible to life through the medium of photography. Artist Caroline Waltman captured images in several different countries that shine a new and contemporary light on the Bible. Every image is connected to a Bible verse that Waltman selected herself.

Waltman photographed in 16 different countries, mostly in the mediterranean area.

In order to reach a wide and cultural diverse audience, the Bible verses are printed in six languages: Dutch, Arabic, German, English, Frisian, and Tigrinya.
