WhichMuseum respects the intellectual property rights of others and wants to offer a platform where these rights are not abused. If you do however believe that your intellectual property rights are infringed on the Site, please send us a written notice with the following information:

  1. Identification of the work of which you think the intellectual property rights have been infringed;
  2. Identification and the location of the allegedly infringing content on the Site;
  3. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content identified in your notice in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property right owner, its agent, or the law;
  4. A statement by you that you attest, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property right owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature and your contact information (postal address, telephone number and, if available, email address).

If you receive a message from us of alleged infringement of intellectual property rights in Your Content and the removal of the content, you have the right to provide us with counterevidence. You may provide us with a counter-notification with the following information:

  1. Identification of the content protected by intellectual property rights that was removed and the location on the Site where it would have been found on the Site prior to its removal;
  2. Identification of the content protected by intellectual property rights that was removed and the location on the Site where it would have been found on the Site prior to its removal;
  3. A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was wrongfully removed or is removed by misidentification;
  4. A statement by you that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in the Netherlands, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of allegedly infringing content or an agent of such person;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature with your contact information (mailing address, telephone number and if available, email address).

Your copyright or trademark notices can be sent to us by mail or through the contact form.

We will respond to all notices regarding infringement of intellectual property rights within reasonable time and will comply with applicable law.
