At the end of the 12th century, the abbey received the relics of St. Adrian and thus grew into a major pilgrimage site. This eventually gave it the name St. Adriaan's Abbey. The Abbot's House now functions as a museum. The second floor features furniture belonging to the Guillemin family, residents of the estate. Among other things, the dining room and two salons with boudoir can be seen and a reconstruction of the abbey kitchen. In addition, collections of porcelain, paintings and other objects are on display. The second floor houses the match museum, the cigar museum, the pipe cabinet and the Chantilly lace museum.
