Aboriginal Art Museum Utrecht and its collection

Aboriginal Art Museum Utrecht (AAMU) is a museum of contemporary Aboriginal art. It is the only museum in Europe solely focused on this kind of art. The museum presents an overview of the different styles and movements of Aboriginal art. The collection includes objects ranging from Law Poles from Aurukun, bark paintings from Arnhem Land and cloths from Central Australia and the Kimberley to photography of Australian cities. Twice a year the museum organises temporary exhibitions.
