The Achterhoeks Museum 1940-1945 is dedicated to the Second World War. The collection includes weapons, uniforms, documents, dioramas, photographs and other objects from the period 1933 - 1945, mostly related to people from the Achterhoek or to events in the Achterhoek. The exhibition is set up in chronological order, from the rise of Hitler to the liberation. In addition, the museum covers the Dutch East Indies.
