Haus Dahl, also known as "Haus Schenk", is a significant historical site in Marienheide, believed to be the oldest farmhouse in Oberberg. This two-story building, constructed in 1585, offers a glimpse into the architectural style of the period, with its lower level made of rubble stone and the upper level of half-timbered construction. The farmhouse was meticulously restored in 2003, preserving its historical integrity.
Today, Haus Dahl serves as a branch of the Oberberg Home Museum "Schloss Homburg". It provides visitors with an insight into the life and work of farmers during the period it was built. The museum also documents the life of the Schenk family, the former owners of the farmhouse, until 1963.
