Blithewold Mansion as a Public Museum

Since 1978, the Blithewold Mansion has been open to the public as a museum. It has been restored to its appearance around 1910 and houses an extensive collection of the Van Wickle family's personal possessions. These include furniture, decorative arts, letters and other writings, original watercolors by Marjorie, and a vast collection and display of women's dresses and other period costumes.
