The Blood Road Museum provides a detailed account of the history of Yugoslav, Polish, and Soviet prisoners of war. These prisoners were responsible for the construction of the Blood Road between Rognan and Langset in the municipality of Saltdal from 1942 to 1945, under the supervision of the German occupation authorities.
