Le Petit Trianon, a historic mansion located in Cupertino, California, is now home to the California History Center. This beautiful building, built in 1892, was once the center of a successful wine-producing estate and has since been transformed into a hub for learning and exploration of California's rich history.
The California History Center offers a variety of public exhibits, lectures, and workshops. In collaboration with De Anza College, the center also provides classes, making it a great place for both tourists and students to learn about the history of California and the Santa Clara Valley.
The Stocklmeir Library and Archives at the California History Center houses a vast collection of materials on California history and the development of the Santa Clara Valley. This includes student research papers, books, journals, oral histories, photographs, manuscripts, newsletters, clippings, and pamphlets.
