This museum provides an insight into the life and work of Momofuku Andō, the Taiwanese-Japanese entrepreneur who introduced the first instant noodles to the market on August 25, 1958.

Exhibits at the Museum

The museum documents the life of Momofuku Andō and the invention process of his noodles. Visitors can see a 1:1 replica of his research hut, where he invented the first chicken-flavored variety. This exhibit provides a unique insight into the humble beginnings of a product that has now become a global phenomenon.

Interactive Experiences at the Museum

The museum offers interactive experiences for its visitors. With prior registration, groups can attend a workshop where they can make their own block of instant noodles within 90 minutes. For those who prefer a less structured activity, they can design their own Cup Noodle cup, fill it with a noodle variety of their choice, and take it home as a unique souvenir.
