The FHC Foundation is housed in the former Automobile Club of São Paulo, located in the traditional CBI Esplanade building. This building, located in the Vale do Anhangabaú in the Central Zone of São Paulo, was designed by the Polish architect Lucjan Korngold. Its historical and architectural significance adds to the appeal of the foundation for visitors.
The FHC Foundation conducts a variety of activities including exhibitions, educational events, and interdisciplinary debates. It also carries out studies and publishes a range of publications. To date, it has published more than 30 books and 50 documents, which include academic articles and studies. These activities provide a rich source of information and learning for visitors.
In 2010, the FHC Foundation inaugurated the exhibition 'A Real Plan: The History of Brazil's Stabilization'. This exhibition reconstructs the recent economic and political history of Brazil, from the Direct Now movement to the end of Fernando Henrique Cardoso's last term. It provides visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the country's recent history.
