The Festa Dolphinarium in Varna, Bulgaria offers visitors a chance to see dolphin shows and learn about marine life. Many visitors enjoy the performances, praising the dolphins' tricks and the trainers' interactions. The facility is noted for being relatively small but clean. Some visitors find the shows entertaining and educational, especially for children. However, there are mixed opinions about the ethics of keeping dolphins in captivity, with some expressing concerns about animal welfare. The ticket prices are generally considered reasonable for the experience. While many find it a fun activity, especially on a hot day, others feel the shows could be longer or more varied. The staff is often described as friendly, though some visitors mention language barriers. Overall, the Festa Dolphinarium provides a moderately popular attraction in Varna, but opinions vary widely based on personal views on animal attractions.
Respected, Your irresponsible, unprofessional and unconscious behavior, caused us shame. We conducted our reservation, paid, you confirmed, and we came from another country to the appointment of swimming with dolphins. Nowhere hasn't been stated nor implied warning or note that it is possible that a failure of the event occurs. All this has cost us 4 unpaid days at work, travel expenses from Belgrade to Varna, accommodation for 3 nights, travel insurance and expenses to stay in Varna. That on the side, there is the emotional pain and disappointment that you have made for us on 22.08. at 14:00, when the event was sheduled. We were offered to watch a show, which we certainly over-paid and watched, and that the money given for swimming with dolphins be returned to the card. Even thought the event cost the least of all that we had planned in Varna (along with gas, accomodation and food), I hereby wish to inform you that tourist organizations and consumer protection associations will be informed, as well as the competent authorities with regard that the damage that you have caused, your irresponsible behaviour, delusion and deception, lack of responsibility, are criminal offense and we will be forced to sue you if that is the only option left in regards of the damage we are dealing with. Best regards, Ana Stojanovic

Not worth the money. They speak both english and bulgarian and it is really confusing. It only took 25 minutes and the dolphins could not do many tricks and they only jump from the water two times. Almost the most of the time they play with some balls.
