Great Cats World Park in Cave Junction, Oregon offers visitors a chance to see various big cat species up close. The park houses tigers, lions, leopards, and other exotic felines in enclosures designed to mimic their natural habitats. Visitors appreciate the knowledgeable staff who provide informative talks about the animals and their conservation efforts. The park's small size allows for an intimate experience, but some guests find it limiting. While many enjoy the opportunity to observe these majestic creatures, others express concerns about the animals' living conditions and the ethics of keeping them in captivity. The park's rural location can be both a pro and a con, offering a peaceful setting but requiring some effort to reach. Overall, Great Cats World Park provides a unique animal encounter experience, though opinions on its value and practices vary among visitors.
Hidden Gem, had a great day, perfect crowd size, tours felt personal. Watching the staff interact with the Cats made my partner and I’s day. Left with a stuffy and wonderful memories.
