Historisch Museum het Stadhuis and its collection

Historisch Museum het Stadhuis is located in a historical building. The museum illustrates the history of the municipality of Liesveld that consists of Langerak, Groot-Ammers, Nieuwpoort and Streefkerk. The collection consists of various historical objects of the municipality of Liesveld, including old tools, a cabinet from 1750, an old bedstead and a best room from 1900. Additionally it features a scale model of old Nieuwpoort. Every year an exhibition is organized on a particular theme.
