The Hünkâr Köşkü Museum is situated in Temenyeri, at the foot of Uludağ in Bursa. It was opened to the public in 2003. This historical building was originally built as a hunting lodge during the reign of Ottoman Sultan Abdülmecid. It has served as a residence for three Ottoman sultans and was also a place where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed during his visits to Bursa.
The museum showcases silicone statues of three sultans who used the lodge as a residence and of Atatürk. In addition to these statues, visitors can also see personal clothing and dinner sets that belonged to these historical figures. These exhibits provide a glimpse into the personal lives of these influential figures and the era they lived in.
The Hünkâr Köşkü was converted into a museum in 2003 and opened to visitors under the name Hünkâr Köşkü Museum. Since then, it has been a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering a unique insight into the history of the Ottoman Empire and the life of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
