    This is a good museum and the exhibits were interesting. The interactive part was quite fun and unique. I wish I could give a five-star review, because the museum curator and creative team deserve it.

    Unfortunately, staff member Summer was so condescending, rude, and nasty to me that she made this visit quite a negative experience, and left a very poor impression on me of the museum as a whole.

    Personally, I would recommend, instead of this paid museum, visiting a free attraction with much more pleasant security staff, which would be all of the other major attractions in Washington DC. The various Smithsonian museums, Supreme Court, Capitol building, White House, Botanical Gardens, and National Archives were all a delight to visit, in large part because everyone else in DC was so friendly, including the many security guards.

    I do not say this statement lightly. I have never in my entire life been spoken to in such an appalling way by any staff member at any other business or organization as Summer spoke to me.

    I hope the museum takes this feedback into consideration, as it would have been such a wonderful visit were it not for Summer’s borderline abusive demeanour. I doubt the museum condones such behaviour, but unfortunately Summer’s unprofessional and poor behaviour reflected quite poorly on the International Spy Museum.
