The Käthe Kollwitz Museum is a museum in Cologne that is dedicated to Käthe Kollwitz, a German artist, who worked with painting, printmaking and sculpture. The Käthe-Kollwitz Museum in Cologne has the largest collection of works by the artist. The museum was established when the granddaughters of Käthe Kollwitz, wanted to sell their collection. This collection included around sixty graphic works and all fifteen bronze sculptures. Today about 200 works are exhibited in the museum. Furthermore, the museum organizes mainly monographic exhibitions with works by artists whose work are historically or thematically related to Käthe Kollwitz.
