The Liqueur & Fresh Museum has the most extensive liqueur collection in Europe. The liqueur collection includes an antique liqueur distillery and an 1833 advocaat factory. The soft drinks department consists of machines from the period 1890-1950, when the production of soft drinks was still done by handcraft.
