The Matsuoka Museum of Art is a private institution situated in Shirokanedai, Minato, Tokyo. It was established by the Japanese developer Seijiro Matsuoka in November 1975. The museum is a testament to Matsuoka's passion for art and his desire to share his collection with the public.

The collection of the Matsuoka Museum of Art is diverse and extensive. It includes contemporary sculptures by Bourdelle and Henry Moore, Gandhara stone sculptures, and medieval Hindu sculptures. The museum also houses oriental ceramics from China, Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, as well as Japanese paintings from the Muromachi period to the Showa era. The collection also features works by Renoir, Modigliani, and other modern French painters such as Vlaminck.
