Molenmuseum Overpelt and its collection

Mill Museum Overpelt is a center where the mill heritage of Belgium is kept alive. Overpelt is the mill municipality of northern Limburg. According to Belgian archives, the oldest water mills were located in Overpelt. Today, the municipality has four water mills and two wind mills. The mills are the last witnesses of a society in which everything was still made to measure.
