The exhibits at the Mount Dora Museum of Speed were a tribute to the golden age of American automotive history. The museum housed a collection of American muscle cars, automobile memorabilia, and an Americana collection, all displayed in a replica art deco building.
Unfortunately, the Mount Dora Museum of Speed closed its doors in November 2019. The closure was due to the retirement of its founder, Kerry M. Bogard. All exhibits were sold off, marking the end of an era for this unique museum.
