The museum's collection is particularly rich in Roman-era artifacts. Dedenus Secondus from the I century, Decretum Rubiconis from the II century, the stele that would have marked the border crossed by Julius Caesar in 44 BC, a sarcophagus and lid of Necropolis from the IV- V century, fragments of architrave, the "Treasure of Case Missiroli" from the II-I century BC, the stele of the Cesii from the I century, the stele of Truppico, and the famous two silver plates of the IV century (Missori) found in 1948 on the Colle Garampo.
