The Chiara Marinelli Stone Museum houses a variety of findings from the Molise territory. These findings are divided into four sections, providing visitors with a comprehensive overview of the region's rich history and the evolution of stone working techniques over time.

The prehistoric collection at the Chiara Marinelli Stone Museum includes about 1600 artifacts made of limestone and flint. These artifacts attest to the development of the lithic industry, spanning the Paleolithic and Neolithic periods, particularly in the Sangro valley. In addition to prehistoric fossils and tools, the museum also houses numerous magmatic and metamorphic rocks.
