Museo Di Anatomia Comparata is a museum in Bologna that houses a comparative anatomy collection, which, as a whole, is made up of over 9,000 pieces that make it, in its genre, one of the best known internationally both for its size and for the rarity of the objects. Currently about 2,500 exhibits are on display, divided into three 'routes'. The first consists of a series of preparations that can be observed but also touched. The second route is focused on the evolution and the main anatomical characteristics of vertebrates. The third route is dedicated above all to university students and keeps the original character of the collection intact.
