Museum De Koperen Knop is housed in a 17th century farmhouse on a hill. The museum consists of a main building, several outbuildings and a museum garden. The museum illustrates the history of the Albasserwaard. The front house is decorated as a chic farmhouse with kitchen, upstairs room, library, ‘rentiers room’ and a cellar. Multiple styles are interspersed. A tile collection is exhibited in the entrance hall. The barn serves as an exhibition space where art and history are combined.
