The German Guardian Angel Museum Bretten
The Museum im Schweizer Hof is also home to the German Guardian Angel Museum Bretten. This museum was extensively renovated in 2021 and showcases a wide range of exhibits on the subject of guardian angels, protective spirits, and protective gods. The exhibits include originals from six centuries and representations of various kinds, including wood, copper and steel engravings, oil paintings, lithographs, icons, books, posters, historical photos and postcards, porcelain, clay and wooden statues, textile works, cast iron, guardian angel candles, medals, and much more.
