Museum of Deinze and the Leie Region is housed in peculiar sleek white building. Visitors learn about the artists who from 1870 to today lived and worked in the art village of Sint-Martens-Latem and the bucolic Leiestreek. The museum exhibits paintings, sculptures and graphic works. Feutured artists include Emile Claus, Permeke, George Minne, Albert Servaes, Frits Van den Berghe, Valerius De Saedeleer, Gustave Van de Woestyne, Leon De Smet, Gust De Smet, Albijn Van den Abeele and Roger Raveel.
