The Museum of the City of Lodz is a history and art museum in Łódź that is housed in the former Palace of Poznansky, built by local industrial family. The museum holds collections of antique items from many fields of social life, history, culture and art of the city and a library with a collection of prints related to Lodz. The palace is reconstructed according to the original purpose palace interior with partly saved furnishings and decorations.
