The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter is built around a preserved jewellery workshop. The former factory is now a museum that tells the story of the Jewellery Quarter, offering a glimpse of working life in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham’s renowned jewellery and metalworking heritage. The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter museum also displays jewellery made from natural materials from across the world and organises live demonstrations of the traditional skills of the trade, where visitors can discover what it was like to work in the workshop.
