Museum Oud Soest is housed in the Sint Jozefgesticht, a monastery from 1868. The museum illustrates the history of Soest. The museum focusses on traditional crafts with a bakery, a cartwright and a clog makery and displays objects related to the thatcher, slater and beekeeper. In addition, it features a ‘style room’, a classroom, a religion room and a mayor room.
