The Ohio Craft Museum in Columbus offers a focused look at contemporary craft arts. Visitors appreciate the rotating exhibits that showcase a variety of mediums including ceramics, glass, wood, and fiber arts. The museum's compact size allows for an intimate viewing experience, typically taking about an hour to explore thoroughly. Many guests find the gift shop a highlight, offering unique handcrafted items for purchase. While some visitors note that the museum is smaller compared to other art institutions, most find the quality of the exhibits high and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The museum provides a good representation of Ohio's craft scene, though some visitors suggest that a wider range of artists could be featured. Free admission is seen as a plus, making it an accessible option for those interested in craft arts.
