Transformation into Price County Historical Society Museum

In 1966, a new town hall was constructed, and the old Fifield Town Hall was considered for demolition. However, instead of being torn down, it was restored and repurposed. Today, it serves as the Price County Historical Society Museum, operated by the historical society of Price County, Wisconsin. This transformation has allowed the building to continue its legacy of serving the community, now as a repository of local history.
