The Radio-Museum Linsengericht is a private institution dedicated to the history and evolution of radio and broadcasting technology. It is located in the town of Linsengericht in Hessen, Germany. The museum was established by a group of seven friends who founded the association 'Die Ohrwürmer' with the aim of opening a radio museum. The museum officially opened its doors on December 6, 1998.
The Radio-Museum Linsengericht houses a collection of approximately 1000 exhibits, offering visitors a journey through 70 years of entertainment electronics history, from 1923 to 1990. The collection includes radio receivers, televisions, tape recorders, record players, and exhibits of historical measuring technology and workshop equipment. Additionally, the collection is complemented by exhibits about the beginnings of television in Germany.
