RTM Trammuseum Ouddorp has 2 ratings.
Museum R.T.M. Ouddorp, located in Ouddorp, the Netherlands, offers visitors a look into the history of local transportation, particularly focusing on the Rotterdam Tramway Company (RTM). The museum houses a collection of restored trams, trains, and other historical vehicles that once operated in the region. Visitors appreciate the well-maintained exhibits and the opportunity to see these vintage vehicles up close. The museum's volunteers are often praised for their knowledge and enthusiasm, providing informative tours and explanations about the exhibits. Many reviewers enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere and the chance to learn about the area's transportation history. Some visitors mention that the museum is relatively small, which can be seen as a drawback for those expecting a larger facility. However, others find the size makes for a manageable and focused visit. The outdoor area, where some of the trams and trains are displayed, is a highlight for many, especially on good weather days. Some reviewers note that the museum might be more appealing to those with a specific interest in transportation history or local heritage, as it may not cater to all audiences equally. Overall, the Museum R.T.M. Ouddorp is generally well-regarded for its preservation efforts and educational value, offering a slice of Dutch transportation history in a charming setting.
