Schelpenmuseum Zaamslag has a collection of shells from all over the world. The smallest shells are presented in matchboxes, while the larger ones are displayed in display cases and chests of drawers. In addition to shells, there is also a collection of marine animals on display, such as a stuffed puffer fish, a seahorse, a griffin sea urchin and corals, as well as some rocks, fossils, minerals and soil finds.
