The Shiga Prefectural Azuchi Castle Archaeological Museum is an archaeological theme museum situated in Ōmihachiman, in the Shiga Prefecture of Japan. This museum is dedicated to the preservation and research of four historical sites and cultural properties: the ruins of Azuchi Castle, the archaeological site of Dainaka no kominami, the keyhole-shaped Kofun Azuchi Hyōdanyama, and Kannonji Castle, with the Ōmi Fudoki no Oka Historical Park at its center.
The Shiga Prefectural Azuchi Castle Archaeological Museum spans a total area of 67,836 m², of which 5,846 m² are indoor spaces. The exhibition area itself covers 4,424 m², providing ample space for the display of artifacts and exhibits that tell the story of the region's past.
