Currently, Søbygaard is owned by the self-owning institution Søbygaard. The institution, in collaboration with others, is undertaking a major restoration of the manor. This restoration work is aimed at preserving the historical integrity of the manor while making it more accessible and enjoyable for visitors.
Søbygaard is not just a historical site, but also a vibrant cultural venue. It hosts various exhibitions, which change according to different themes. Additionally, during the summer season, Søbygaard becomes a hub for classical music lovers, with a series of concerts spread throughout the season. These events provide a unique opportunity to enjoy art and music within the historical setting of the manor.
