St. Paul Church, a former Roman Catholic church, is situated on the southeastern corner of Twelfth and Spring Streets in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. It is located in the city's Pendleton neighborhood. This historic site offers a glimpse into the past and is a significant part of the city's cultural heritage.
In 1974, St. Paul Church was deconsecrated and in the same year, it was named to the National Register of Historic Places. The church complex forms a historic district known as the "St. Paul Church Historic District". This recognition underscores the historical significance of the church and its surrounding buildings.
In 1981, The Verdin Company, a bell and clock company, purchased the St. Paul Church along with the convent, schools, and rectory. The buildings were restored and the church was transformed into a bell and clock museum/showroom, while the other buildings were converted into art galleries. This transformation has given the church a new purpose while preserving its historical significance.
