The Canterbury Tales Reviews

The Canterbury Tales has 1 rating.

The Canterbury Tales museum in Canterbury, England offers visitors an interactive journey through Chaucer's famous medieval stories. The experience includes audio guides and live actors in period costumes, which many visitors find engaging and educational. The museum provides a good introduction to Chaucer's work and medieval life, making it accessible for both adults and children.

However, some visitors note that the experience can feel dated and in need of renovation. The walk-through format and animatronics may not appeal to all, with some finding it a bit kitschy or old-fashioned. The relatively short duration of the experience (about 40 minutes) leaves some visitors wanting more, especially considering the admission price.

Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the museum's effort to bring literature to life and its location in the heart of historic Canterbury. It's generally considered a decent attraction, particularly for those interested in English literature or medieval history, but may not be a top priority for all visitors to Canterbury.
